We value your hard work and want to reward you for your many contributions to the Traffic Plan team — including directing potential new employees our way. To show our thanks, we give employees a $1,000 bonus when they successfully refer someone we hire!

So long as you and your friend remain in good standing with the company for six months from their date of hire, you’ll get a thousand bucks as a well-deserved thank-you. Be sure the person you’re referring adds your name to their job application to qualify.
